These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of BusinessOS™ (trybusinessos.app), operated by [Requires input: legal name of the operator] (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you agree to them on its behalf and confirm you have authority to do so.

1. The Service

2. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date.
  • You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to use the Service.
  • You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at [Requires input: legal contact email] if you suspect unauthorized use.
  • Workspace owners and administrators are responsible for the members they invite and the permissions they grant.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you and your team put into BusinessOS. You grant us a limited license to host, store, process and display that content only as needed to operate and provide the Service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the rights needed to use the content you upload.

5. Third-party services

You may choose to connect third-party services such as Gmail, Microsoft 365, Slack, Zoom, Stripe or AI providers. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies. You can disconnect them at any time. Our handling of data received from Google APIs is described in our Privacy Policy and complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
